Great city although plenty there speak Catalan. If you go down that coast there are some fun places. I was in a town called Castellon near Valencia. Valencia is an underrated city for sure. Good beaches, decent weather, plenty of pubs and clubs.
I spent 3 days in Barcelona the year before last and absolutely loved it, definitely wasn't enough time to see and do everything. I must go back again and I also have an urge to go to Seville and haven't got a clue why!
Sorry Mate, as the originator of the OP, I have to disagree with you there. I actually like Mourinho and, if Chelsea are playing a European Club in the Champions League, I would be supporting Chelsea. I know that is heresy to some on here but that's the way of it. This fella is a cheat with his waving for cards and cynical moves designed to draw others in for cards and sendings off. I'd be saying the same whoever he played for.
Yep, really like the Gaudi buildings in Barcelona - they alone make it a City worth a visit. Spent maybe 10 days in and around Valencia once, a good place with lots to do as you say. The modern museum and the old bull fight ring are worth seeing as well.
I would say that Costa has been found out by the better defenders and no longer can he use one of his assets on them. It's part of the game today and it's not cheating IMO I stand that i found that this is just another attempt to pick on a player from abroad. I firmly believe there is a difference. My point about Brazil is that the default opinion is that they are all brilliant players … He is a Brazilian therefore he must be good and rarely cheats etc etc. If he is Spainish/Italian/French then the English default is he could be a cheat. If he is English say for example Rooney who was a dirty player earlier on then of course this is OK. Then we add in Chelsea who by default we are all supposed to hate. It all adds up into the mix IMO. Argentina has a host of brilliant players who have cynical games My point is that the general UK football fan is forever searching for a fall guy to ruin … I am saying we as a fan group at QPR can say very little about these type of footballers because we had Barton Suarez dirty cheat biter … brilliant player I see contradiction and prejudice because I believe there have been far worse dirty players who are English and this latest episode smells of this This has been whipped up again and I agree with the posters who like to see a bit of this in the game .. why? because it's always been there
Now that you mention it he does look like the guy out of The Good, the bad and the ugly. Kilburn gimme a graphic
No-one is denying all these players are brilliant footballers and that's why clubs are paying ever more exorbitant fees to sign them, however, your argument is, as usual, basically slagging off the English. There are many English players as nasty, spiteful and devious as foreign players and the gamesmanship that pervades our game is not the exclusive domain of any one nation. Just look at the individuals in their own right and comment as you see. Diego Costa is a brilliant striker but he is a cynical cheat who will get away with whatever he can. In today's ultra-forensic TV analysing he is being found out again and again. The FA will decide his fate this time...
Even his own team mate admits Costa is a cheat in this post match interview ... http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/watch-kurt-zoumas-diego-costa-6487452?
Claims to have been taken out of context as English isn't his first language......quelle surprise!!!!!
All the Diego haters will be happy, a three game ban and to rub it in Gabriel's red card is overturned, Wenger will be celebrating...
Not only is the guy a cheating thug but what about those headlines last year... "Costa avoids paying tax". Reprehensible.
