Grateful for small mercies. As for the gloating that they used the B team, well that team seems to be flavour of the week as the A team has become useless.
Arsenal having been criticised for a listless display yesterday must be chomping at the bits to get some points aginst the chavs. This is a must win for Maureen. Can he afford to be 13 points from City? Can they become the most useless champions in history in conceding the title after just SIX matches?

I would say finishing 7th as a title defence is pretty useless.

I dont think even Moyes's United surrendered the title after 5-6 matches.
