I never read the vow, I'm particular about my fiction but can anyone say for sure that it isn't being delivered. I ask because some Yes types say federalism was promised yet the No types say it wasn't

You'd better watch out in case someone accuses you of believing what you read in the press or hear on the Media.

Only one side called in the Establishment old guard, started a smear campaign, and were willing to go to any lengths to get the result they wanted. I voted for the side which lied least.
