I hinted a few weeks back that my time on here was drawing to a close and now I think the time has come, to scale the walls of this asylum and make a run for it.

I am fortunate enough to be able to spend a lot of time on here chatting away idly to you great lads. That time is coming to an abrupt end, I have new ventures in life that require much more of my time but more importantly my undivided focus.

I wish each and every one of you guys all the best for the future, in sport with your favourite football team and in life with your wives, girlfriends, kids, careers and everything else.

Thanks for making me feel so welcome, I'll pop in for a read and I will probably sling some of you a PM from time to time to say hello, but this is really the end of me as a regular presence on here and it feels good to be leaving for all the right reasons.

You take it easy bro, always been a pleasure. If you are at the match in a couple of weeks drop me a message if you are up for a pint. I've managed to get tickets for me and my brother, thanks to a gentleman from this board.

Sad to see you go but such is life <ok>

Despite being a Manc, you seem to be one of the soundest lads on here and a top top poster. I for one am gutted your leaving. Whatever the reason is I wish you the best of luck and life is kind to you.

You leaving along with some of the other old guard that don't contribute anymore is an unfortunate sign this forum is on its knees. I've also been here from day 1, but I've lost the passion along with others to contribute anymore.

I won't be just vanishing, I'll definitely say hello from time to time but I really need to focus on a new project, I owe it to myself and my wife to give it my all.
