I done an 8lb ****e this moring that was better than you Stereofascist.

(And better looking)

As an aside to that, I went out running last night with the club and after about 4-5 miles I was bursting for a ****e. I managed to ignore it by chatting to some mates and concentrating on my form but when I got home.......oh my ****ing god <yikes>

Layer after layer of uninterrupted ****e came flowing out my ring, Its like my running had shaken it all up like when you put fruit in a blender. I was ashamed and proud at the same time. Only 3 wipes required as well <ok>

<laugh>

They are the best ones Frank.

I stopped smoking about 8 weeks ago and ended up constipated for a few weeks, but see when the movements started again, **** me, it was like a Mr Whippy ice cream machine, continueous and stinking ****e.

Anyway, how is your running going.

My Mrs done 10 miles the other night in 1 3/4 hours, which I thought was quite good for a woman anyway?

Its going well, I've skelped my PB on the Saturday 5k Parkruns 3 times in a row, canny beat a bit of 3IAR <laugh> Going for a 4th PB tomorrow morning <ok>

Also on Tuesday I ran the club handicap where they set the slowest person off first and the fastest off last. My handicap was based on my race times last year when I was struggling badly with my IT Band so I kept quiet, started 8mins into the race and won it at a canter with a time of 33:28 over 5.2miles <laugh>

Entered the Amsterdam Marathon which is in October and still considering the GSR again this year (that's where my IT Band problems appeared so I've got a score to settle)

Thats a decent time although in long distances there's not much difference between male and female so she should be looking to get that down if she keeps at it <ok>

Run for 10-15 miles with little training and a pathetic warm up if you really want to know.

The blinding pain on the outside of your right knee (its usually the right one) is your IT Band failing.

R.I.C.E, specific stretches and a better attitude to preparation seems to have sorted it out <ok>

Don't confuse Nev ffs Frank, he thinks R.I.C.E is what the Chinese eat.

So is 99% of the internet.

How's the SQA building these days?

Do I tell you that I was invloved in the fit-out?

I've not worked there for about 3 years Edge, and contrary to what Nev says, I did not mark exam papers.

It was a lovely fit out by the way because I ssaw the original shell of the building beforehand. We ended up with leather couches and coffee tables in the kitchen areas. Good job Edge. <ok>

Thanks

It was typical of a Governement job in that no expense was spared.

No Russ, it's typical of Government Fit out contracts, and Government agencies in general.

In my office, there are 4 of us working here, I bought 2nd hand off of the NHS, 4 tables and spinning chairs, 8 filing cabinets (various sizes), a round table, 4 chairs, which were all under a year old for £400.

If the Governemt really cut down on waste, the average taxpayer would save at least 50% in tax.

It's all business focussed now apparently, it was never really Govenrmental though, it was and is a QUANGO, but your point may be valid.
