Without insider knowledge, no, but we've never been linked with him, whereas Nottingham Forest, Wolves, and Derby have been linked with him and have apparently been in contact with him for weeks. I reckon if we wanted him, we could've tied things up pretty quickly. A lot of the teams going for him don't really need a first-team forward, especially Derby, where it looks like he's going.
But where did if ever state we was interested in Kodjia yet we monitored him for a year? Just because we don't advertise these facts don't mean we are not interested, so it's only an assumption we are not.
