Especially when you add that to his wage demands. He'll be on good money at qpr.

And that in 9 months time, he'll be a free transfer. Even in just 4 months time, he might well be available for, say, £4m, if QPR find themselves adrift of the promotion battle, and so seek to try and get whatever cash they can for him.

Nice. So we get, maybe, 3 solid years out of him. Then he starts to play up, and we lock him away to squeeze a 4th year out of him, and then we sell at a profit. Fine.
Exactly....as soon as I heard five years I decided we had got fed up with the old 3 year contract...one decent season, one whinging season when you upset the dressing room, then sold.

Celtic used the Wanyama money to buy Van Dijk, and now we've bought Van Dijk too.

Wonder who's next in the cycle? :)

Next is giving half the squad for free to Rangers, because we're clearly engaged in a conspiracy to undermine Celtic by unsettling their players and giving them gobs of money.

Come now TSS, it's no more "for kids" than ProEvo which a certain someone plays rather a lot!
There's a fundamental difference. I play Pro-Evo, knowing that it is a fun way to waste half an hour of my own time. I wouldn't expect anyone to take it seriously or expect them to pay money while I broadcast it. Or Football Manager stats for that matter.

Fair enough, but that doesn't make FM a kids game, which was the point!

Trust me, I think it's as daft as anyone that they're using it on Sky though!
