    Look there is probably the same wage issue we have with our dead wood.

    Anyone going outside UK has a big exchange rate penalty.

    Oddschecker now has best odds available for Austin to Man U at 1/2

    http://www.skybet.com/football/specials/transfer-specials

    Now we are favourites to sign Austin

    @RobertQPRST: Reliably informed that Charlie Austin will undergo his Man Utd medical tonight. Fee around £15 million + add ons. I wish him all the best.

    With Wanyama not playing for Soton today, where is he going?

    Can't think of anyone who has been linked with him this summer, last club I heard who were interested were Spurs but haven't seen them in the transfer talk with Wanyama this summer.

  6. If De Gea doesn't move, he'll be playing for them again by the end of September.

    I know Ilori was one for the future but the number of loans he is being sent on is taking the piss. Did well in Spain against some of the best attackers ever to grace the sport. Did well in france. Has a great Euros, I mean, what more does rogers want? He must be nearly out of contract. Rogers gives youth a chance, but he has a young player in Ilori who will be a fantastic player if given time here. He should take a risk and play him. The problem is Rogers has come under so much fire recently that he is scared to change too much and is losing his grip.

    It's ok mate - we have Skrtel who is amazing and we have Kolo Toure in reserves. <ok>

    Rodgers is a great youth coach.

    Sunderlanda offer of up to 10m accepted for Borini.

    Problem is? If it's Sunserland or inter he's going to chose inter who have offered less it appears.

    TBF he is in within his right to do that. I don't care about the fee anymore, I just think it's best for the player and the club that he moves on. I don't blame Borini for thinking of himself, if you look at his career before he came to us, he was constantly on the move and didn't have a settled life. He's just got married and wants the best for his family. Family first before anything else.

    Borini needs to go to a club that will play him! He's 24 and has featured in 94 matches in 6 years. His career is passing him by.

    oops... i meant to send it to my agent to proof read but i hit send to all in my address book by accident?

    <laugh>

    give us a break lad..... just cos the everton "fans" went after your house doesn't mean that the majority don't know full well the score and only want you to get them up the table as much as possible and give your all for this one year and give them a massive profit.
