Football phrases you hate to hear?

it's "upright", not "up right". they've got around 100 minutes to fill. how many times do you want them to use goal, post, bar, woodwork, etc?

I get that that's the logic, but they overdo it so that 'upright', 'campaign' and the like are used much more often than the real word.

One of the most irritating on this board is 'sussed out'. As if a player or formation only works until the opposition know about it.

Perhaps I don't hear that many commentators these days, but I can only think of John Helm who uses upright.

In fact, I don't recall him ever using 'post'.

I hate: "Worldy" and "Football Hipster"
 
This isn't a phrase but a generic league one or two footballer with arm sleeve tattoos with shaved hair at the sides and long on the top.

No problems with tattoos.
