Someone is stirring the pot...stay firm Saints. I know the old 'we don't want anyone who doesn't want to play etc', but sometimes you have to stand up to people. If he doesn't want to play, let him rot.
I am firmly convinced there is a situation going on to destabilise the club. It's an easy and cheap thing to do. Koeman and Reed have complained as such to the PL about it, and they broke it to the media as well, albeit quietly, some weeks ago.
Well, I believe there has been something going on for at least two or three seasons. I had an idea about it right back to 2009, but Saints were on such an upward curve that it got buried.
The establishment haven't likes what cortses said at the start, then delivered and then we had the audacity to carry on upwards after Cortese left and they all thought, "thank god for that." We continued and they hated it.
Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean the bastards aren't out to get you. Nicola talked of dark forces...I know he was virtually certifiable, but he could be right there. I don't think it is a concerted effort or a conspiracy, but teams who want our players know the best way to get them is to convince the player first rather than go the legitimate way to the club direct. We have a history of folding (apart from with Morgan last season)...time to stand up.
Agree with this. It's time for the smaller clubs to stand up to the top 6 and the want away players because it's getting out of hand. Shouldn't be scared to drop the players who are playing up. It's like anything in life people will always push as far as they can and unless you stand up at some point you will get walked all over.
One of two things is happening. 1. Wanyama is angling for a move and he is an ungrateful swine who should be hung up by his....thumbs. 2. Wanyama is not angling for a move this season and has been feeling a little icky...poor lad. Your guess is as good as mine.
I think we are relatively calm if you compare it to last season. I do think that the window should open at the end of one season and close before the next season starts.
That would be far too sensible. Why doesn't it do that is it to fall in with other leagues in europe or an FA self induced fiasco?
