Nothing to find out... Elland tried to subvert the supermods and land either Kim or me with the SBA. Brb is now trying to tie Kim in knots with mind games. Ell has been given the award for cheating as per rule 5. The rest as they say is history.... All that matters is that this months SBA has been deservedly won by Elland and that's a fact!

The balance of probabilities mean the correct decision was eventually arrived at. It is more likely than not that Elland acted improperly when trying to get supermods on board in an attempt to avoid a SBA nom. The level of proof on the SBA is not set at the level of beyond reasonable doubt. This is a rule that Kim ain't written yet but will happily confirm at some point.

The post to which you refer is a belated attempt to undermine the evidence that had been previously supplied. Free him, he should be sharing David Haighs cell. At one point he was trying to wriggle out of the SBA and land it on me. I know you wil be horrified at such an attempt of fratricide.
