Exactly

and when you add Lovren as a CB to that list, proves why we will never bid

You said it's not our policy to overpa for English players... yet that's exactly what we've done over the last few years <laugh>

It would be just like us to over pay on another English player.

Saying all that, we'd never bid for him because it's Everton, a lot of money and we don't need another CB. And Everton would never sell because it's us, so discussion is pointless in reality <laugh>

Barmby? Xavier?

Add Howard as well.

Does seem odd that Everton rarely have money to spend (lukaku aside) yet they earn just as much if not more than 50% of clubs in prem from TV money etc.

Does make you wonder if wages are high etc? Sure tobes will know bit more about it but you'd think they'd be able to spend 20m each year plus sales.

Stones has handed in a transfer request ... good move??

If he goes to Chelsea he'll be able to learn the game off some top players but won't get the game time

If he stays at Everton he'll get the game time but won't be around the same class of player

Which is in the best interests of a player, being around quality players or just playing the game and learning lessons through that ... i guess ideally both

meh.....

moolah is the most important it seems to me.

lil rim thinks he's moved for medals... as in lets go where i get an easy ride but in fact he's getting paid a fortune while actually most of the city play is silva and aguero still and he just does the same as he did here... miss a few.

stones seems to think this is a great idea despite being on a long contract which no doubt he was delighted to sign as he played an injury blighted season then.... For me playing should be most important as you play against top strikers half the games you will play.

then move when you are 23/24.

Balotelli haircut selfies - not allowed in Milan
They include:
  • Ensuring Balotelli will not damage the image of the club and his Twitter, Facebook and Instagram posts will be closely monitored.
  • Toning down his ‘extravagant hairstyles’
  • Wearing clothes ‘in keeping with the style of a club like Milan’
  • Cutting out his smoking habit
  • Always showing up on time and banned from visiting nightclubs
Right, good luck with that, Milan...

they must be freaking desperate over there.

They've ****ing no chance... I'd say this is all some sort of sop to the fans of milan or something cos they know if they play him he'll get x and y type of goals from history but the reality is its stop gap as they are struggling.

reminds me of joe cole.

when you see club accounts for next 4 years there will be payments to this clown paying down this transfer cos we will have to pay him off to go.
