Yes, the record books tell you that. And it was great to see him beat the drugs cheat. In the past, we've seen an athlete too tall for his event, who starts poorly as a result, run the middle 40 metres of the race like the others are standing still before dancing his way through the last 20. It's a sight to behold. Imagine if he could fly out of the blocks and run flat out for the whole race? sub 9 seconds, no problem.
