I love the way it's always me who is the one who comes up with these personal attacks on posters, yet in the past couple of days you have labelled me a "f*ckwit", likened me to a "busybody" and now called me a "pitbull keyboard warrior". Try to find a personal attack from me on that scale that I've thrown in your direction Rob, good luck with that <ok>

Actually, sod it I'll help you out with one - if that cap fits and all that. You're probably a nice guy and all Rob, but f*ck me, I can't be the only person to have noticed that you don't half come across as massive f*cking dullard on here, Jesus Christ!

There, that's better, I actually quite enjoyed that - it is an internet forum where I can say whatever I like after all <laugh>

Except it's largely only you that's taken his reply as an attack on you alone. It was a general moan at many on here moaning.

I think some of this is some kind of vicarious thrill of spending money, getting a psychological thrill of spending the money.

We need a Norwich not606 fantasy football league so everyone can arrange their own transfers & focus on that instead of getting the hump on here lol.

I can understand both sides here, some are genuinely worried about staying up & are really anxious about strengthening & others see the side that largely did relatively well until season before last under he who shall not be named. Having said that this squad tore championship up (a little with NA, then a lot under AN).

I think we'll be OK especially once we have our first choice starting 11 fit & up to speed.

I'd rather see the approach we've had this time round than the wholesale cull under Worthington considering how that ended up.

Am I alone in finding this quite funny? Could only happen on a forum! :)

Re: Transfer Window Gate. I think you'll find hardly anybody is interested in reading bickering and squabbling so can we just draw a line under it and move on?

NOTE: This isn't aimed specifically at you Rob but all protaganists.

EDIT: For the record I'm happy with our current squad as I think it has the potential to secure Premier League survival this season. Plus less money spent in this window means more for January, or potentially more for next season, when hopefully we're a more attractive option for high quality players.

When did I say I was quitting? I didn't. But you are doing a good job of showing why I rarely post anymore

Can we just draw a line under this, take out any personal grievances remaining by PM, and let this become a transfer thread again?

I know I'm hardly innocent in this so it sounds a bit rich, but never mind. Personally I'm glad we have a variety of opinions on here, it wouldn't half be dull if every thread was met with "Yes I completely agree", but equally I think some of this has spilled from disagreeing with opinions to just disagreeing with each other.

I think the cyanide I've been using this morning is less toxic than the environment on here this morning!

Keep posting Supers! lots of people appreciate your comments. Rise above the petty responses and bickering. I know at times I come on here to see what's happening and think, WTF! Pointless arguing at times only puts posters off.

Oh the irony but I do completely agree with you. I'm all for differences of opinion and debate but when it descends into pages and pages of squabbling, due to a seemingly desperate need to be right, it gets VERY boring and tiresome.

Well said Catalan <ok> Far too much of this kind of thing lately which is of little / no interest whatsoever for those not directly involved / implicated.
If fellow contributors piss you off that much, you know where the ignore button is, ffs!
Way too much 'dirty laundry in public' and it's getting ****ing tiresome.

Sorry I've not been clear - I actually agreed with Superman's point. It was a good one. But it was (unless I am going mad) directed in response to me saying the transfer window had been rubbish. Which it has. But what I meant by that was not that I want us to be spending more money, it was that we had had so many sagas and the club was obviously immensely frustrated because they hadn't achieved what they wanted to. That was all - it's blown a bit out of proportion now though!

Apologies - yes, I misinterpreted your post to mean you were implying you would quit. Which is exactly what I don't want you or anyone to do! Although if I'm really that unpopular I'm prepared to fall on my sword... oh woe is me...

I hope it isn't because we have conditionally accepted an offer

Healthy bit of detail on transfers from the manager:
    http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic...kalidou_koulibaly_transfer_interest_1_4203679

So looks like there's nothing in the Hooper rumours and he continues to insist there is a way back for RvW if he keeps training well - although I think it would take a striker injury or two for him to get a chance.

This bit made me smile: "Every player is a possibility". Based on how many players we've supposedly submitted bids on in the last couple of weeks, that almost literally seems to be the case...

Walters is more of a right winger than I'd realised actually, played up front less frequently than I'd thought. I suspect his value to Stoke is like Hoolahan's value to us. The fee that would prize either away would be more than would be sensible to pay.

He's not THAT good is he?! Heard s few Prem clubs linked with him, but not heard anything outstanding about him! £6 mil plus a decent player is a lot for a role we don't really need. Probably just made up.

Unless somebody has made an offer we can't refuse for Redmond although that would mean we had to lose 2 to get within the 25 man squad or 3 if we sign a new striker.
