He's coming to QPR from Huddersfield for £1.5m(?). I reckon he'll be the new Manuel Neuer. Perhaps. Biggest asset? Lower wage than Green. Hopefully he'll be solid.
After what I've seen he's really good. I have not seen him in more than 5-6 full games though. But knowing his stats from various versions of FIFA and Football Manager games, something not to be taken lightly as they're some of the best scouts out there, he's been rated highly over a number of years. I've even had him as my number one in my QPR sides. Could actually become a Rangers legend. We love a good shot stopper at Loftus Road and I think he'll get a lot of fans as soon as he gets his chance.
Nice stuff Norway, but a vid of the ones he let in woud be more telling. Huddersfield conceded 75 goals last season, only 3 teams in the league let in more. Of course, they may have had a **** defence.
You're right, his command of the area and footwork doesn't show in a highlight reel. he's known as a shot stopper. There's another seven minute video out there with his saves but I didn't see any point in posting it. There is no problem doing a similar video with Green for instance. The video I posted was more to show his mental ability and character.
Surely the smarter thing to do would be to only get rid of Green if we find another keeper on top of Smithies. And no, that's not a saucy image I'm trying to inspire in your mind.
I feel it is pretty obvious that Bentley is also on his way. This would only be finalized if Rob left.
Wait a minute.... a swap deal on the cards? http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/footbal...-green-to-rejoin-west-ham-in-swap_240861.html
