What **** ups? You strengthened the midfield with Schneiderlin and Bastien (excellent signings), added quality with Depay and Darmien looks a steal at £12 million. Everyone said you needed a new CB (myself included) but Blind and Smalling look good together.
Utd will always be linked with Bale, Ronaldo etc, but that was media speculation.

Manchester United are set to launch a bid to sign Southampton winger Sadio Mane, according to the Telegraph.
Southampton are understood to have received a surprise inquiry for United for the 23-year-old after they missed out on a deal to sign Pedro from Barcelona.
Ronald Koeman is ready to resist the advances of United for a player who scored 10 goals last season, including the fastest Premier League hat-trick.
 
What do you lot think of the Mane link? Exciting player but not the finished product yet, would also likely cost more than what Pedro would of.

They wanted a centre-back they didn't get and now don't want another defender.

Our best goalkeeper wants to leave and isn't playing.

We couldn't hold on to our record signing, instead he chose to go awol and force a move away.

We need a striker but won't sign one.

We want a forward/goalscorer but Pedro is joining Chelsea.

It would be fair to argue it's another chaotic, ill-prepared transfer window with 13 days until deadline day.

They wanted a cb but turns out its not quite as vital as thought. Unless the right player comes along, no point settling.

We wanted a goalscorer too. Pedro would have been great but hes not the only option. Seems like Barcelona have ****ed us about and we've told them to shove it. Cant blame the club for refusing to play silly games with idiots like Barca.

Its a **** situation obviously but the reaction as always is ridiculous.

I think we planned well for the summer. Compare us with Chelsea. Barely addressed any of their issues and now buying another wide player... Stupidity.

Tbh Alcantara was Moyes playing silly buggers - deal was all lined up but Moyes wasn't sure he would cut it in the PL thus giving Pep time to swoop in.

All London's has done is proved Valley's assertion - we could have bought any of the nine players he's listed had their club been willing to sell. Some players are unavailable but, like we've just shown with Pedro, when a player is available we can buy them.

Much better being in that situation than like Chelsea, having to wait for other clubs to reject a player before they get a sniff.

Londons finest **** is still pissed that Rooney rejected them in 2013 and had to use Torres lol and we sell them our rejects like Veron and Falcao.

If you think I'm annoyed bcos we're not signing Bale, Ronaldo, Muller or Pedro or any other big name speculation then you really havent got a clue. In fact I find that an insult to my intelligence <laugh>

I've explained it on various threads including the one sitting on our board about Woodward. I really cant be bothered repeating myself tbh.
