Good Luck <ok>

DONT TELL LOUISE 33/1 Chelmsford 6:20
I was very taken with this one in the paddock at Windsor recently where she went off at 100-1 and was never really ever seen with a chance. She really wasn't placed to do so but did run past a few that had been in front of her up the straight. Now handicapped she will hopefully be given a more positive ride. She has a half brother who was a dual winner on the AW before being sold to race in the US. The sire also does well on the AW so there are a few positives. It will be interesting to see if she attracts support.

Lucky 63 for me today 4 goldphin runners at kempton and 2 at ripon for 30p while his runners are going well I don't really like these types of bets as the bookies love them but he who dares rodney.....my major concern though is kempton is running very slow but I'll risk £20 gl today guys ;)

Sligo 6.00 Ivaplan 5/2 win.Stable in form and ran well in decent race lto, this looks alot easier and can land the spoils

Are you on drugs or an idiot QM!!?! Its exactly what it says ie at different courses..... no idea why anyone would introduce a time limit.... or it would be called an 'across the card within 45 mins 2 mins (using finishing not starting time)'.... bookie or no bookie that's stupid.

Across the card double - winners at 2 tracks
Across the card treble - winners at 3 tracks..... etc

Not on any drugs so I must be an idiot. Almost as much of a Muppet as the announcer in Ladbrokes who claimed a Godolphin across the card treble when one of them was not a Godolphin horse!

If I go back to where this started (Sunday), two of those races (Deauville and Dundalk) would not have been covered in the days I worked for the bookies. Irish racing was never covered at all in the days before SIS and the only time there was any French racing was Cagnes-sur-Mer in the middle of winter when all the British racing was frozen off.

The type of “across the card” double that one would see punters attempt would be Henry Cecil’s horse in the Newbury 2:00 doubled with his horse in the Haydock 2:15. Or punters would do the same owner’s horses, e.g. the Aga Khan, but they were not doing the Newbury 2:00 and the Haydock 5:15; so time was a factor but generally within half an hour. Punters who followed a particular trainer or jockey would do their mounts in multiple bets no matter where or when they were running.

I may be an idiot but I was not enough of an idiot to back Liverpool to win 3-0 or 4-0 last night. They only won 1-0 thanks to home team officials. If Liverpool had scored the header that Bournemouth had disallowed it would have stood and it seems the changes to the offside rule have confused that linesman.

3 winners, a n/r and a strange ride with 1 left to go

Two for me at small prices:

4:00 Ripon - Chancery 4/1
8:00 Sligo - Harangue 7/2
Harangue a non runner so stake for that re invested on Khatiba 14/1 ew in the 4:15 at Kempton

First one wins which i'm happy about but i've just realised i've forgotten to double Chancery and Khatiba up. Had Chancery and Harangue in singles and double but with Harangue being non runner i just put single on Khatiba doh!

Well done on your winner badger. Will have one more punt on Sr Cartage to win 7.00 at 4s.

Cheers Ste, I've had one more bet and it's one I usually back so more of a 'just in case' bet rather than any confidence.

7:20 Chelmsford - Bertie Blu Boy 25/1 ew

A little bit harsh Quarter , I think there would be uproar if the home team provided the officials and they controlled outcome of the match , the Bournemouth Goal
He was all over the back of the Defender and there was no real protest over it , yes the Liverpool goal was well off side and I do believe Bournemouth deserved something out of the game , I think these sort of costly errors I'd like to think evens itself out over the season or until something is done about it

How's it going Ste ? If we play like that next Monday you will have no problems
Stuffing us , we need to improve dramatically to get any chance of some kind if result , thing is it seemed like a league cup match ! And when you play and I don't like using this phrase lesser teams they are never easy games and as I was
Saying to quarter Bournemouth deserved something out if he game , so no not looking forward to next game !
