What about Derby then after spending all that money can't beat Charlton its going to be a very tight race I expect a narrow win especially as they have not won at home for 4 games now

Charlton were very lucky yesterday, they were battered for80 minutes. On a different day they could have gone down by four or five, Derby will win this league.

After 2 games the only certainty is nothing is certain. Every point is going to matter. We need to get out of this league, as I don't fancy having to travel up to Roker Park (or wherever they play these days), as Sunderland already look odds on for relegation
As it stands if we are leaving this league it won't be upwards...

Grow up Chippy & FO to the JA board. Your continued negativity is now getting boring. We're playing some decent stuff, & we now have a winger on one side and Byram on the other who will help to create plenty of chances. Time will tell as to whether Rosler goes for 433 or 442. Either way, we really look as though we can achieve something positive this year.
On what basis are you making this positive statement on? I have seen them live twice and we are no nearer getting decent results than we were two years ago.

He is not wrong we now have a decent managerial staff and the balance of the squadlooks much better plus they are mainly young players so please just stop carping!

On what basis are you suggesting Derby will win the league .They have LOST at Pompey Drawn at one of the poorest teams destined to get relegated BOLTON and have drawn against Charlton that sure is promotion form I hope you spout this on the Derby forum they will be so complacent when they play us it according to you will be a stroll in the park for Derby how wrong you will be!
Ive gone for a 1-0 Reading win. using reverse psychology as Im never right so its now a sure bet Reading will not win 1 0. Looking for a decent performance and acyually expecting it. Meldrew is wrong and the club has made great strides over the summer but Im sure wont stop him having a moan at every opportunity anyway
