.... OMG. I phoned at 8:30 to order season tickets and "office is closed, our hours are 8:30 to 5pm..... it was 8:30!!!!!!!!!!! Called back at 08:31 and busy! My mobile has been listening to that horrible music now for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I don't know if I'm in a queue or not; it never says. I have been calling from the landline for ages and each time it says "lines are busy please call back"..... does this mean my mobile call is still in a queue?? Do I hang up? Will I lose my place in the queue?? OMG - I just want my season ticket order placed! I know, I must be patient, but I can't.
Sounds similar to the Johnstone Paint Trophy final in 2010. Took me many many hours and many attempts to get through to the ticket office. However, there was a real danger of those tickets running out - I agree with the above statement, don't panic, they'll be plenty of season tickets available!
Bad day to try and book West Brom tickets then as I just found out. I will leave it until Monday. I have to say though the ticket line is crap. For a hot line I find it quite tepid.
hey! Who's panicing? Nothing to it Knew all along it would be easy process .... 3 season tickets ordered!! Love it.
Word of warning... I phoned the ticket office from my mobile when trying to get hold of pompey tickets a couple of years back, racked up a £120 phone bill. Stick to the landline!
Yes it is expensive.... had that problem before :S Just hang fire for a while and try later. Am i right in maybe assuming he is eager to get a Season ticket in the Northam and perhaps feels these may become far reduced first???? COYRs!!!!!!
work's mobile........ rollicking form the boss and then point out a new custome I've won, and smile sweetly! That's what I did after the JPT ticket phone call. Thanks for the warning though.
Ha Ha. I wanted to get a ticket in the Chapel and then a free one for him as he's 10... oh no! "Dad, we can't go there, they don't sing!" I then went to my Dad for support on this (he's tight and was bound to back me on the cheaper and free ticket)..oh no again! He won't go there either. Kingsland North or nothing! Block 35 it is!
HAHAHAHAHA This did make me giggle! Fair play to your lil nipper and dad. They speak sense. However each to there own I shall be enjoying the ongoing great support from the Kingsland as i sit in 41 COYRs!!!!!!!
Some years back the line used to tell you where you were in the queue. At least you could make a decision about hanging on. I know one day I hung on for ages and then the office closed! Have to say that usually have no problem. My ex used to moan about traffic and I used to say, 'But you are traffic!' Be patient and I bet you all get what you want, just be grateful you go enough to warrant a ST :-(
