    What does Rooney actually bring to the table these days? His touch and positioning isn't up to scratch and I'm not sure where his best position is under LVG. If he wasn't 'Rooney' he would be replaced by now.

    If I had a quid for every time somebody has told me Rooney is **** I'd be minted. Very poor game from him, sure, but he's allowed a few in my opinion.
