Let’s have no silliness, please, re the moniker of Mr Henderson’s only runner of the day tomorrow. Meanwhile, you’ve got to feel a bit sorry for Salisbury. There big day of the year tomorrow, a prime mid-August date for it to boot, and it's forecast that they are going to get hit by a complete deluge.
Ltown 7.55-Pullman Browne win.Been told the yard expect another decent run after c&d win lto. He's up 7lb but should be able to cope with that and there are no ground concerns.Horse is working well at home.Im gona have a ew at 9/2 as there is 8 declared and if he runs the same as last time he shouldnt be out of the top two.
I'm going to Beverley for a work outing when I went a couple of weeks ago someone on hear had a good tip. So if anybody has any tips for Beverley I'd be grateful.
Morning, you types. The anticipated rain hasn’t arrived yet but my mole at the Met (Office not –ropolitan Police) advises that it’s only a matter of time. Nothing for me today but the big racing news has to be that Pat Smullen has been offered the ride aboard Time Test in next week’s ‘International’. Lucky, lucky, lucky chap. Incidentally re that race next week if The Golden Horn and Gleneagles (who is so good he's had a golf course named after him) do both run it will be the first time in over 14 years that the 2,000 Guineas winner and the Derby victor have opposed one another. Surprising little stat that. Good luck if you do wager.
Mr O’Brien trains 9 out of the 13 runners left in next week’s ‘Great Voltiger’ at York. UK trainers have entered just 4 runners, between the whole bally lot of them, at the 6 day stage! Re-mark-a-bell.
Hi all, I wondered what the thoughts were on the 4.25 Sals today? I really like Custom Cut as I think he's the class horse in the race. 3yos seem to have a poor record in the race. If the ground turns softish I don't think that'll be a problem as he's won on it before. I think the 6/1 on offer is fair and I'm expecting a good run.
Crikey. Only 4 UK entrants? Surely there must be some nice unexposed middle distance horses somewhere worth a crack?
I'm not convinced by the Mullins hotpot in the first at Tramore and will take him on with Give Her Bach 9/4.
Been told AOB runner in the first at Leps is a smart filly and should go close; win bet at 3s.So thats three fancies this evening but main wager will be on Pullman Browne, hoping at least one will oblige but this old game can be tough!
If you watched her last run you'd be wanting a 100/1 on her so quickly after but she was found to be 'clinically abnormal' on that run. If you can put a line through that run, she'd be trading odds on, as it is she's now 13/8 which worryingly is tempting me! The fact she's Ruby's only ride of the night is foolishly drawing me in more
Cheers. I placed in all but the 4th race in which i had Skint picked out but when i got to bookies changed to unnamed fav so missed out. £409 would have been nice from my one £1 line but at least its not a couple of grand i've missed out on
