We have a habit of becoming the #1 retirement home for players. Most get here, realise they've achieved the dream (most are never gonna get to barca or real madrid) and their performance goes to **** and we can't get rid

Enrique going on about how he won't play at a bigger club than Liverpool, the point is mate your'e not getting a bloody game for us ! So surely isn't it better to play at a smaller club where you are a starter? like Pedro moving to United.

they rarely show long term thinking

ok enrique is 29. he has worked for us for 4 yeears at 75k per week.. lets just think about that....15.6million pounds spent... ok lets just say half is in his own pocket... 7.8mil or whatever.. i';m to lazy to do it right.

now... whats more important to you... play the game or collect the next years wage.

If i got an offer with 2/3 year son it woudl i not take that as it gets me to the twilight of my career.

....

borini is even worse.

he's 24. he should have gone a year ago and sought better performance and career prospects.

He has now screwed himself by hanging on and he will likely end up with ****e all.

To be fair, Rodgers has been trying to sell Borini for 3 summers now... He just won't go. The fact that he won't leave has probably made Rodgers very antsy around players he wants to sell.

I think its ruined borini's long term earning potential

example:

50k x 52 x 2 years = 5.2million. say 50% tax = 2.6mil in his pocket

but what happens now...

If he went to sunderland last year lets say 10mil paid whatever.... lets say he got 35k per week... lets say he scored 10 goals last year

ok...

he would have got 35k x 52 x 2.... 3.64 million x 50% = 1.82mil. over same period. thats shows a loss of 780k by the end of this season... but he wouldh ave got win bonueses and singing on fees and look like a player... perhaps he could get a move like shane long....

get me... he would make a short term loss for long term gain.

Now think forward for poor fabio

If he had gone to sunderland 35k x 52 x 4 years.... 7.28mil x 50% = 3.64mil

but...

He goes to fieorentina if lucky for 4.5mil. he gets 20k per week over say 4 years... = 4.16mil...if he actually pays tax there.. (bartards) thats 2.08 mil over 4 years...

in short he will lose double what he's gained by staying with us.

he should have gone and worked hard and even said **** it i'll move about and get myself signing on fees its something.

now he is bascially on his last legs

Wouldn't mind seeing that Eva Whatserface on the Anfield bench now that Jose's using her as his scapegoat, as he did with equal despicableness over the Reading paramedics and Cech some years back.

Reactions: In MILK we trust
Liverpool have alienated Mario Balotelli, Fabio Borini and me, claims Jose Enrique

Yerr, I don't think thats whats happening.

Borini and Balotelli have both been told they can leave, Borini has been told more than once, and I think its pretty obvious that Enrique has been told privately he's not wanted anymore either.

What is the club supposed to do if they don't see those players are part of the plan and that they aren't needed. Why should said players be used instead of players that are wanted. Its deluded to stay at a club that is trying to sell you.
If Borini, Balotelli and Enrique feel so aliented perhaps they should get onto their agents and find a club that does want them (although in Balottelli's case that might be difficult than said).

I don't recall having this problem before.

We've had times when we can't find buyers, but not when we couldn't convince people to leave. Is it because Rodgers is so chummy to everyone that they have difficulty understanding that he really does want them gone?

I don't mind Lallana, he's a good player to have in the squad. Sure he was massively over proved and tbh I wouldn't have bought him for £10m but he was bought and he's a Liverpool player. Same goes for Balotelli in that regard.

I would think the same goes for all your players. Where are you, the school for the bleedin obvious
