Petrol is nearly always dearer in Leeds than Harrogate. I have no idea why.
I once heard it said that fuel was cheaper the nearer you are to the refineries and distribution depots. Don't know if that is true.
Wrong again Leeds is cheaper in the York road area because of 3 supermarkets competing Asda Tesco and Sainsbury's so I shall look with interest to see when it reaches 99-9

The only reason is the price war between Morrison and Sainsbury's in Harrogate incidentally where is Asda in Harrogate

Bower Road. At the bottom of station Parade. The petrol is usually the cheapest in town, you would find it on the adjoining dragon road. Matt will produce a street view pic.

I said I bought. I didn't say how. I didn't say it was discounted by using a company account card (my company)! I am leaving this, if you want to find my original post and check feel free. But leave me out of it I have nothing to add. If it means that much you can even pretend you won. I really can't be arsed. I have too much going on in that job I don't have to be bothered with this.... My late appearance here today following a 5.30 am commute probably indicates how long some of my days are at the minute.
Where is Asda in Harrogate I shall take a gander

What are you dong Mike?
Nowhere did I claim to be right in the post.
Elsewhere I have tried to give you some advice, and it would save you £60 to £100 if you took it, and even if you don't accept the info you could accept the intent and call the dogs off.

Sure I much appreciate your help but if I say anything which you think is wrong I have to prove I am right or else I am called a liar BTW DIESEL IS 108.7 AND PETROL IS 111.7 AT ASDA HARROGATE and thar was reduced on Saturday

Never said it wasn't. I don't pay the forecourt price on my account card. So I arnt calling you a liar and I am sure you arnt meaning to imply I am one so let's move on.....

I am greatly surprised that All star give you 5% discount on fuel along with a months credit you must tell me how its done

Apply for a company account and you get special offer terms for 12 months/25000 miles from first opening the account. I don't know if that is an ongoing offer or if it was only for a fixed period.

It was an offer that came as part of the bumpff and sales leaflets when Mr Barclay opened the business account. I an hoping they will renew the offer when the 12 months is up... But I doubt it.

And there was me thinking chippy's tongue was planted firmly in his cheek for a change saying he filled up for 103.9 subtly omitting the words per litre! That being the case, must be a bit of a beast you drive!! Whoever thought talking about petrol prices could be so intriguing?

It will be soon. Going for a new A class merc... Not even checked specs but want something in the 2.5l region... In blue.

Taylor played very well, linked nicely with Dallas, got forward to put pressure on Burnley ... goal was Mowatt's fault for not closing down Darikwa after Taylor had stopped Boyd's attack ... as for Darikwa, only positive thing he did was the free cross for their goal ... Darikwa missed three back post headers that fell to Dallas and should have resulted in goals, and he was given a working over by Dallas ... also, Darikwa's positional play was suspect, don't see him being a regular starter

You do know this is a football forum right? What are you doing talking about football? In all seriousness, always read your posts with interest and this highlights all that is good about football - opinions! Totally agree with you on Taylor, totally disagree with you on Darikwa!! As Greavsie used to say, it is a funny old game!
