Alec Baldwin did the US version between 1998 and 2002. There were also two other US people. Pierce Brosnan did it briefly in 2008. Since 2013, Mark Moraghan (another Scouser) has done both the US and UK versions. According to wiki, anyway.
Sky du Mont did the German version (I know you're a big fan of his).
