I had plantar fasciitis and a stretched Achilles....was agony. I would sometimes crawl across the floor rather than put my foot the floor. Poor Ron 
Achilles was always my weakness too. Sometimes it feels like your heel is going to fall off. Blighted my school boy years.
Big smoke screen. Les has found out that Brenda is interested in signing Ron to replace Lolvren. My money says he makes a miraculous recovery come the completion of deadline day.
Nasty. I expect he was being daft and trying to keep up with the young lads.

All this talk of Achilles makes me think we should be playing Ajax tonight, not Vitesse. (Classical reference alert).
