As someone who's been a member of not606 for a bit over a year now, and who was a lurker for a couple of years before that, it's been a privilege and an honour to get to know you all. Or, at least, to get to know your online selves. However, even better than knowing people online is...knowing people in real life! Hence my idea that we meet up and to get to know the "real" us!

As this would be a momentous occasion for many of us, I think it's worth really putting some effort in and making it something special. Hence my suggestion that rather than just meet up in a pub somewhere, we make a thing of it and go somewhere special, like, say, Berlin? From the 7th or so? For maybe 5 days? Shorter if need be, but I don't think there's any reason to stay any longer.

Th(o)ughts? Are you game?

:bandit:

This sounds like something out of a horror film......

come meet me in Berlin, I will send you home in bits!

In which case, I wouldn't be sending them home in bits, I would just be keeping them in my freezer in bits. And enjoying some lovely fried penis.
How do you know it's lovely?

Nozzer's real identity exposed.

You can't just type the letter then follow it with a code (as far as I'm aware)- you type an alt code for the letter you want.
e.g. alt131 gives you â, alt136 for ê . I remember a couple of them because I've used them a few times.
Find what you want here:
http://tools.oratory.com/altcodes.html
I just google the word I want and copy and paste it with the accents already on - easier for me than trying to remember which keys to hold down and which numbers to type etc.
