Has anyone, who has booked their season ticket over the phone received it through the post yet?

I renewed mine a couple of weeks ago and havent received it yet- could be disasterous!
    Cheers

Not yet, wasn't today the deadline for renewing/reserving your old seat? Perhaps they were waiting for that before despatching them.

No I haven't yet. I think it must be taking them a long time to process all of the proof of ages etc.

No need to panic yet then. I was just starting to get twitchy, but it looks like they haven't sent any out yet.

Looking forward to taking my seat for Leeds, hopefully in a nearly full St Marys. Great game to start the season imo, and a chance to measure ourselves against one of the biggest, if not best, teams in the division.

Rare to get a full house for first home games. Lots of people will be on their summer hols, plus others will watch on TV. Probably 28,000 ish max I reckon.

Question: I renewed me and my lads season ticket online. Does anyone know when I have to go down and prove his age (u11)? I want to go down and pick it up at the same time if possible.
BTW I did find out from the ticket office that for west brom you are able to take as many U17's free as you like with one paying adult. I am taking my sons school :)

Or alternatively you can take the proof down when you are told the tickets are available to pick up at a guess week after next.

Fran............. there is a seperate window open for the memorial game as far as I know. I have no Idea if you can get other tickets at the same time. I guess coming from the Island it makes it a bit difficult though.

I renewed mine and my lads ticket by phone the week before last. I went to the ticket office last Wednesday to show my lads birth certificate. I was told the tickets will be posted within the next two weeks.

I'm keeping fingers crossed on mine still being a junior, I believe I may get away with it.

Went down to get tickets for the Memorial Cup for brother and I and we got given our season tickets which we had ordered last Saturday. We are doing the instalment plan, so I was under the impression that we get tickets for the first half of the season to start with and then when we had done the three instalments, we would get the rest. However, our new season tickets have matches 1-23 safely tucked away inside.

Spoke to the club this morning to move my seat after renewing on the 1st July - mate of mine couldn't renew and I prefer his aisle seat :)
Got told they would be posting it out straight away so I should have it during the week.
I initially renewed online and opted for collection as I knew I would be moving seats.
