Always felt that the players never understood what job they were being asked to do or were too Ill disciplined to keep to their own job. Do we think that will have changed much?

I remember we had these same issues under Rafa to. To much clowning around when defending set pieces. No one understood the zonal marking.

I remember one of our players desperately sliding into a ball going out near the corner flag to make sure it was a throw in and not a corner. That team feared corners. This was the post Alonso season where we finished 7th.

just grab a hold and don't let go IMO... refs don't give those. If pulis can get it right anyone can get it right
 
Can't see that happening.. esp. if we've cooled our interest in Digne.. and with Enrique told he can leave...
Also, he'd never get a game ahead of Alba!
 
Liverpool reportedly have agreed to sign Allan for £500k.

This Allan is from Brazil not Wales so the sheep that keep Anfield's grass short won't have to put in a double shift at night.

Unlike the last Allan, this one is supposedly quite the coup and has potential.


/ kidding Allen (Welsh Allen) isn't that bad.
 
Abou Diaby has snubbed an approach from Liverpool to join Marseille, according to reports in France.

West Brom tried to snap up the midfielder following his release at Arsenal, but Diaby decided to return to his homeland.

However, French magazine L'Equipe claim the 29-year-old free agent turned down Liverpool.
