This is good... See you there about 10. Will get the train in.
She can pick me up from the Salters.
She can go to the islamabad (whiterose) Shopping Centre.
Place is full of women dressed like letterboxes looking at clothes they could wear if their religion wasnt 1000 years out of date.
Sounds like a plan Glory, see you there....CREW CREW CREW:grin:

That's a bit harsh. Isn't every religion out of date?

Don't you tell me what to do I have been far more educated than you will ever be and yes I believe what I say Scargill has he proved was for Scargill look at the way he went on over the flat in London if he had a modicum of shame and remorse he would have handed the property back without the need to have a court action which the union could ill afford
Where were you educated, Bedlam?
He was right about the wicked witch though, ya senile old twat, she was a lying ,thieving, vindictive , evil bastard, just like the rest of her ilk
Go educate yourself about the strike, read a book by Seamus Milne, The enemy within, the secret war against the miners, then tell me again about your everlasting love for The wicked witch

Mike, Thatchers 'achievements' just don't stand up to scrutiny when examined closely. She lied. Through her teeth. Often. She presented a glowing economy to the proletariat, but forensic examination has since revealed that the country was going to the dogs, and she chose to sell the 'family jewels' to cover this up. And we all know what happened once the assets were sold off for 'competition'. Yup, you guessed it, foreigners now own everything that we, the people, used to own. Only they answer to no-one, so can do what they like. You mentioned writing to the authorities about your electricity bill the other day. I hope for your sake that something comes of it, but I'm 100% certain that nothing will be done, because nothing CAN be done. And you have the evil cow to thank for that. Same with your gas bill, water bill, train fares, bus fares, and the list goes on. Her target was always to introduce more competition. I can think of zero examples of this. She failed miserably in her prime objective, and the whole country suffered because of her. And I do mean suffered. I have friends whose lives were destroyed by the evil witch's deeds. Still working in their 70s because of her. I won't go into the details, but it's common, particularly in Scotland, which was a lost cause 'test bed' for her and her stormtroopers. Evil doesn't begin to describe her.

Let me stun you further: I consider myself to be a considerate humanitarian, but if I had the chance, I would have tortured her physically & mentally for as long as I could, being careful not to kill her so the next guy could have a go. If this is not enough of a shock to you, then let me add to it to give you some perspective - I would have turned down the same opportunity with Hitler, and believe me, I have no love of him.

You've touched a raw nerve in me that will never go away. It's not just me, it's many hundreds of thousands of others. It will never leave us. You may have benefited from her Nazi regime as a business owner. It's us 'common people' that paid for those benefits. We're not just talking about a few pence in the pound extra in taxation. We're talking about communities being devastated, humble lifestyles being destroyed, and good health & well-being taken away from those that needed it most.

As you may have gathered, I'm not happy. I think you owe it to yourself to watch a wonderful video called 'Brassed Off'. This time, look at the backdrop story behind the nice music.

New Labour (Blair/Brown) bloated the NHS and Govt Depts by "creating" jobs that weren't needed, hence the ridiculous overspending that now needs to be reigned in .... they relaxed control over banks, allowing them to give credit recklessly, and this has caused massive debt issues ... all of this was done to create a false impression that unemployment was in decline, and a false economy because people had lots of credit to spend ... their decisions had nothing to do with developing the country, but rather to keep them in power ... the last election showed that people had caught on, and Labour took the beating that was a long time coming ... having a "socialist manifesto" is ok, but to then apply capatilist strategies is plain stupid, and hypocrisy of the highest order ... I'm not for or against any party, and I wasn't raised to love or hate any party, I simply look at things from an economic and leadership view, and Labour have been all at sea since 1997 and will struggle to recover unless they do a clearout and get proper leadership in place ... this is not an industrial country any more, so "Labour" is in fact not really in tune with the times ... today this country's economy is built on the London Stock Exchange and the Square Mile, and this is what keeps the pound strong ... financial failures hurt the UK, and it cannot be allowed to happen, hence the ridiculous bank bailouts and why the financial sector dictates to the rest and continue to fleece everyone

WJ I'm sorry I hit a nerve but what do you think would happen with the 2 EDS what would have been so different they would just have caused inflation by simply printing more money as for the energy companies I have suggested to Cameron he puts a lien on the CEO'S Houses that would get them to reduce the tariffs I agree BTW ownership of these assets should have remained in government control completely Maggie though that competion would reduce prices but they are just cartels prying on the poor and needy. The same with water companies oil thanks to supermarkets and Asda especially have brought down prices at the pumps
BTW WHAT politician doesn't lie !

I am no lover of Blue Labour either, Billy, but I am a Socialist. I think though, that you've failed to notice that Blue Labour have not spent a penny of our money in the last 5 years, and in this time, the tories have more than doubled our national debt, taking it higher than it has ever been by quite some way. And there's no sign of it being addressed either. How can you possibly blame Blue Labour for that? Even the tories have stopped blaming them for everything, as they're realising how long they've had the reins of the country. This is exactly the position that the evil witch was in when she decided to generate billions selling the family jewels to justify her incompetence. Don't these tory basturds ever learn?

The Tory owned press and media spout a load of crap and change the subject when asked a difficult question,David cameron is like the pied piper followed by his mesmerized rats. They have doubled the national dept and doubled the immigration numbers,in fact the country would be much better off if they had just done nothing.

I don't read newspapers or bother with media, just look at cold facts regarding economics ... it is clear to see what Labour did and now the country has to pay ... I despise politicians, I despise bankers, I despise the way money has corrupted football, I despise money grabbing agents and chairmen, I despise whiny footballers who cheat and roll around and walk out on their clubs at the first glint of gold
