You have your doubts gonzo? Dilema is at the moment I think Di Maria is quality whereas Depay is still an unknown.

I think Depay will do well but Di Maria will continue to unimpress imo.

We definitely need to be in for him. Quality young player and we need back up in LB. Both and Moreno will see us covered for quite a few years.

milner: Like Gerrard in recent years but with more energy, athleticism and mobility, and less hollywood passes. He will improve our midfields mobility and tidiness whilst putting in a solid shift every time. We can live with out the Hollywood passes. He also adds some much needed experience and maturity to the team.

Ings: Young, hard working and can play a bit. But he has never played at this level before. Some players from up from relegated clubs like this and do well, whilst others flop. For every Ashley Young there is an Andy Johnson. Ings will mainly make up the numbers this season. Start here and there but mainly come off the bench and press opponents to the max. His playing style is more relevent to us than Lambert's so our system will wor better, making him an upgrade. Keep your expectations realistic and you will be happy.

Origi - Certainly has potential to make it in the PL, but it will come down to three things; Adaptation, attitude and fitness. His attitude was question last season at Lille, but I will not judge it until I see it for myself. I can actually see him playing a lot with Sturridge's injury situation and I expect to see him ahead of Ings in the pecking order.

bogdan - TBH I find this signing embarrassing. Sure he's only back up GK.But he was only back up at Bolton to. He may be decent enough, but the message this puts out to our rivals is weak.

Gomez - A young player with a lot of potential. If nurtured and developed right he could become a major part of our team in future. Like Origi, adaptation, attitude and fitness. Time will tell.

firmino - Adds more pace and goal thread than last years AM option, which I feel is very important. Especially if Benteke will be our main striker.Target men need support and players who run ahead and Firmino I believe will be the man to do this. He is also a much needed set piecespecialistic, whilst could improve our goal scoring even further.

Clyne - Much like a young Johnson but miles better than the older Johnson we have seen in recent years, and therefor improvement. He will add a bit extra at either end of the pitch, but will not revolutionize us. As FB's are important to Rodgers, good addition.

Beneteke - Will LFC adapt to him or will Benteke adapt to LFC? Balotelli tried toadapt to us but failed, but Benteke and Balotelli are different people. Benteke is a big strong striker who also has pace, unfortunately this often means a lot of injuries, so Origi must be prepared for a big role. He will add some much needed physical presence to our team and should feed well of Firmino's set pieces. But unfortunately for Benteke his success will not be judged purely on his own doings, he will be judged on whether his team mates support him right. He will need forward runners around him and good delivery. With the right delivery he could score 25 goals. Benteke is an expensive signing with a lotof big ifs.
