Good Luck <ok>

SWINCOMBE STONE 16-1 Stratford 3;50
Coming back off a long break and for a new yard. Won his bumper for Honeyball so goes well fresh and during his time off the handicapper has kindly dropped him 12lbs.

13:45 Newton Abbot - Cecile De Volanges e/w

(See there's a bit of money coming in for this multiple P2P winner. Bottom weight and worth a little flutter. Tried to get 14/1 with SkyBet but missed it, and only managed 11/1 in the end).

Curragh 2.35-Dancing on Air win.Suprised to see this lad not fav as this looks a much easier assignment than lto in listed company.Anastasia rides for daddy(what a lovely name fora filly by the way!).Best price 4s
Tipperary 3.30-Copy Print win 5s.
Decent performance lto on handicapp debut and should go close here.

I was looking for one to beat Gordon Lord Byron and decided on Convergence. BUT, although listed as a runner, there are no odds quoted. Unusual not to show NR against the horse on ATR

Reactions: You See
Just off the blower there with a good source who told me to have a decent Ew punt on Alechi Inois for the Galway Plate.Trained by Mr Mullins this lad has been working well at home so im told and being prepared for this race in mind. One of the owners involved is a serious punter so I think there will be some heavy dough down for him so I'm going to take the early price. Can only see 10s with PP on oddchecker so will wait to see if there is a better price over the next couple of days before I go in.This is a very difficult race to win so most definately Ew country here for this bouyo

My cliff horse Buck Mulligan lines up again today at Stratford. Track, ground and distance ideal. Claimer taking off 5lb, what could possibly go wrong? 11/2 win win win. <laugh>

No bet day. For interest

Curragh 15.45 Mutatis Mutandis 6/1 left at start and still beat Brooch. 3lbs better off today.

Redcar 15.05 Racing Angel 11/4 seems to be progressing. Looks generous odds

Hope Dickie Johnson will do the business with Iguacu in the 16:20 Stratford. Should get the trip on this flat and easy course.

<laugh> Travelled well, jumped well, found one too good.......again. Credit where it is due to Hugo Palmer. 2 very good group winners over at the Curragh this weekend.

Oh Pat Smullen is different gravy.

Stick He's Our Man in the tracker. That horse is being targeted somewhere. I've not worked it out yet but there's something in mind and it's definitely not showing it's true ability at the moment.

Mutatis Mutandis. "Slowly away and soon detached in rear, some headway on inner under 2f out, never on terms, eased inside final furlong". Does he always give the others a start?

Racing Angel. Won (SP 3/1)

He's not renowned for it but he has on occasion missed the break in a few of his races Ron. Plus, often when he breaks well, especially with George Baker on board, he pulls him to the back of the field.

Cheers STH. He pulls GB to the back or GB pulls the horse to the back?

I think I'll leave that one alone in future.

Georgie takes a pull. He's of the Jamie Spencer mould at times as a rider, likes to try weave though stylishly from the back.
