Think that was more to do with the Shevchenko fiasco than anything else.
It wasn't that roman wouldn't give him the cash, it was that he was dictating which players Jose had to buy.
****ing hate it when Chairmen do that. Hopefully Shevchenko being an epic fail taught him a lesson. But probably not.
