I bet it will end up being "ooooooooooh Jordy clasie, ooooooooo jordy clasie". Like the gaston ramirez one.
Jeez you guys! Did you not see that Cardiff Saint and I have been up all night in our lyrical studio composing a masterpiece? How on earth Richard Stilgoe and Tim Rice persevered through the barriers of ignorance, I'll never know
ELO - Down Home Town The world outside don't like us much, 'Cause they ain't got our Clasie touch, But they ain't good enough to breathe, This towns good air we make 'em leave. Or "One Jordy Clasie, there's only one Jordy Clasie" or ... well, you know them all. Vin
Not sure Vin. I mean it's a nice try, but when you look at the lyrical genius that had gone before...
We could always throw out some 80's street sounds (inspired by Vin above)... "He's got the Clasie touch, everything he touch turns to goals, turn to goals..."
Too late. I'm so excited and I just can't hide it, I'm about to lose control and I think I like it... do you want the youtube link for that one too
In the meantime, give this a read: http://www.benefoot.net/clasie-and-koeman-united-in-red-and-white-again/?
I have always had a theory that you should keep your eye on any little player in a team...because if you have overcome your shortcomings in the physical area, you must be a pretty good player.
Not sure about the opening paragraph: "When a team goes deep into competitions like the Champions League, Europa League or domestic cup tournaments only to be eliminated, it is normal to see players balling on the pitch and being consoled by coaches and team-mates." Oo-er! Vin
It might just be the the height issue making me myopic, but I can't stop thinking Clasie looks a lot like Dennis Wise: please log in to view this image
