as an lfc fan it was not my place to point that one out.
Most people just see the word 'rabble' repeated when Astro posts these days. Last season ruined him, even his own were cringing every time he posted come April and May. Tough times.
At least we have a working figure for this season. £100million plucked from his own magical world of wonders.
Whats your thoughts on Benteke then? You think he will be on his way to Liverpool?
those ITK say it is all but done. Not sure about the utd link in there.
My view is he is a good finisher but has appeared to my mind to be lazy at times and has injury issues. 32.5million is over the odds in my view. He is much better than anything we have including sturridge who is is toast IMO.
Those who say he can't suit our style etc can say that but if our style is to have no striker and end up tenth i'd rather just throw the moeny down villa drain than not.
He looked good last season (cup final aside). Not too many possibilities in terms of strikers just now. Not that fit the bill for Liverpool (premier league experience seems to be rodgers preference).

Lacazette is the one guy out there who is saying come get me to everyone now and nobody has bitten yet.
Benteke blows hot and cold. when hot he is unplayable. when not his looks lazy to me but the whole lambert era at villa was pish and he is only 24. wht i do know is he can finish a chance right quick.
