No he didn't, but he's under contract until 2018. His agent has been making noises about a new deal for about 6 months, but the club have dragged their heels.

Martinez sees him as a key part of his side, so there's no way he'd want to lose him imo, and I'd be surprised if he agitated for a move once a new deal was put in front of him.
 
whats peoples opinion on jovetic... are lfc leaking rumours..

1. Could it be a signal to city.. lets do a deal here

2. is it intended to scare villa who will have no buyer and might lose 10-15 mil if the players goes next summer?

Maybe that's why the club are dragging their heels, why give a player that is contracted to the club for another three years a new deal when the manager won't last that long? <whistle>
