I hope so. But talk of Big Sam knocking us back said otherwise - although that has now been dismissed as inaccurate.
That is what happens to people when they are part of Nigel's inner sphincter! Was that the word you used or am I misquoting you there? 'Legend' is one of those much overused and now almost meaningless nouns which has become a cliché and almost the antithesis of its original definition. It's like the inarticulate ****holes that fetch up in Big Brother who can hardly string a coherent sentence together and are constantly described by their fellow housemates as 'amazing'. Jimmy Walsh (back in the late fifties, early sixties) is my idea of a City 'legend'. Not because he was good, but because, after years of not being able to hit the proverbial barn door and having the fans on his back, he discovered that he actually needed to wear contact lenses as he was short sighted!
Betting has been suspended by a number of bookies http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/leicester/next-permanent-manager Appointment imminent?
Muzzy Izzet @Muzzie06 48s49 seconds ago Big names being touted about for the Lcfc job. Why? Give it to Lennon you know he'll put he's all into the club just like he did as a player
No doubt. But would it be enough? I'd have given to someone like Lennon when we sacked Pearson in 2010, but not in the Premier League when we're supposedly looking to progress.
Certainly looks like a lot of money has gone down on MON today - they still have Hiddink as fav with Lennie second fav, but MON has come in from nowhere. Inevitable really. http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/leicester/next-permanent-manager
Article on Klopp... http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/fo...-admits-just-phone-call-away-managing-England
Well jack being a BVB fan & knowing what he can do I would be over the moon (as would my misses & kids) if he became LCFC´s next manager. He´s a character & a half & they´ll never be a dull moment. He´s very passionate about his football too. Only ever played for Mainz, managed them & got them to the Bundes liga & then all what he did at BVB, outstanding manager. He´ll do well in the prem no matter where he goes, as long as he can spend, but LC, I´m not so sure.
