The irony in the Bullard incident here and Pearson went mental. Ha, his son does something similar. I think it's hilarious.

Strange decision. If he carried on this coming season way he finished last, with some new players as well I could see them towards the middle of the table.
Now, it's hard to say.
The positive for Pearson is that he's a bloody good manager.
The negative for Pearson is that he's an all round arsehole.

No - that ship has sailed. If SB went tomorrow - and there's no chance of that - I doubt Nigel would make the long list never mind the short one!
P*ss taking aside his overall time as a football manager hasn't been too bad, charisma wise, well I'm sure a few managers would like to plant one on some of those stupid Sky commentators with their stupid questions after a game. And lets not forget that the charisma/character jibe was also levelled at Sir Alf Ramsey, who was known for his distaste of the media, and no less than Jock Stein two managers of trophy winners at the highest level. And it is also worth remembering that the best manager of all, Brian Clough, told BBC commentators exactly what he thought of them, John Motson did not know what to say ever again to Cloughy. If Pearson decides to stay in management then I think he will have a fair share of clubs to pick from,
I think comparing Cloughy and Pearson is a bit much, even aside from their achievements as managers. Cloughy was loveable and endearing, even when you could see he was bullying someone like Motty. Pearson was never loveable, often seemed to take things personally and lose his cool. Cloughy was generally great to watch, at least in his prime, whilst Nige is usually painful to watch. I don't think the two are comparable.
