Sean O'Driscoll is new assistant manager. How embarrassing.
Where's this come from?

Don't see the big deal and why that's such a bad thing?

Because it;s a key position and we;re filling it with a loser. Signing small time players and small time coaches isn't going to get this club back to where it needs to be.
From my point of view we keep doing things on the cheap and O'Driscoll is hardly box office, he might be brilliant at the club but his career so far hasn't set the world alight.
Next we need to sign world famous celebrities as tea ladies
Big names for all the jobs is the only way forward, none of that appropriate skills and teamwork ****
Big names is one thing. Hiring the best we possibly can for the level we want to be is another.
So who do you want instead? (And how many times have they been sacked recently?)

The same was said about signing the likes of Rodgers, Lallana and Lovren.
Rene Muelensteen and Pako. Both have PROVEN experience at the top level.
Wasn't he the guy sacked by Fulham to be replaced by that total [HASHTAG]#fraud[/HASHTAG] who lasted about 12 minutes in the job?
