next one is
"More reports this morning that Benfica are considering a move to bring Lazar Markovic back to Portugal.
The Serbian youngster struggled at Anfield last term and there's rumours of a loan move back to Lisbon.
I'd be surprised if Liverpool cut their losses of this young player after just one season, but then again, stranger things have happened."

I'd want every penny back.
So if the Clyne transfer goes ahead, surely it's us reverting to a flat back four.. And HOPEFULLY Can moved in to a CM alongside Milner/Henderson. I do still think we need a striker, but Bogdan and Ings aside it hasn't been a terrible Summer thus far. I'd like to see us line up something like this..
---------- Mignolet -------------
Clyne--Ilori--Sakho--Moreno
-------------Can----------------
-------Hendo--Milner---------
----------Coutinho-------------
------Firmino--Sturridge------
Maybe a bit iffy with two newbies on right side of defence. Move Coutinho alongside Hendo, and Firmino back and Sterling alongside Studge if he stays..

It's sometimes difficult to differentiate the deluded from the outraged on this forum.

who the **** do you think you arePerhaps on occasion. I don't think like a Liverpool fan (no one other than Liverpool fans understand what it's like to be a Liverpool fan, it's different to supporting any other club, it can't be explained, it's just different) so sometimes I don't get the famous Scouse humour. Ken Dodd, Stan Boardman. Great wits of our time.
I think that's fair comment about Clyne and credit to you for recognising it. He should edge ahead of Can though as long as Brenda doesn't try to convert him into a left winger.

Shouldn't worry about it, he's no one famous![]()

I'd sooner keep Sterling and Mario, than spunk £32m on Benteke.
