MCFC offering £50m for Raheem Sterling.
If that is true then Man City are doing exactly what I suggested the other day [and unfortunately got up the nose so much of a roaming Liverpool supporter on this forum] in that they are putting Liverpool in their provincial place, by using sheer buying muscle. They know Sterling isn't worth £50M, nowhere near it. But they are going to deny Liverpool his services and push Liverpool back down where they believe 'Pool should belong, ie below them in the rankings of football clubs. That perception will spread like wild fire amongst professionals and fans alike. Pretty soon that £50M won't seem so great to Liverpool, unless they can turn it into progress like we did when they arrogantly took our players. Personally, I don't think they have it in them.

Well Liverpool have somehow managed to recoup the money they wasted last summer.

Think Sterling is a talent, but it's still 50/50 as to whether he will become a star player and a game changer.

£50m? Never worth that, if I were Liverpool I would deliver him there myself......staggering amount of money for a player who goes missing a lot.

EXCLUSIVE: Southampton make £10m bid to pip Chelsea and Liverpool to hitman Charlie Austin
SOUTHAMPTON have tabled a £10million bid for Charlie Austin as the hunt for QPR's England hitman hotted up last night.

In the Sunday express saying we have bid £10 million. Let's hope so would be delighted if we got him
