Was he suspended from his job pending the outcome of this? No? Thought not!

DId anyone know he'd been accused of it? (I certainly didn't!)

this should never have come to court............a total waste of public money and resources.
'Famous' people will always attract nutters who then squeal when the star bites back.
Will Boris end up in court for telling that taxi driver to "f**k off and die", no.
So why did this ever come to court.

Boris is getting abuse from taxi drivers on a daily basis because of this uber taxi app ****, and its threatening the monopoly of the black cabs. I think thats their argument anyway.

He'd obviously had enough and just snapped back at one of them.

Why would you get suspended for shouting at a taxi driver mate?

I think the severity of Johnson's case (I assume you're referring to him in your comparison) is far, far greater than a bit of road rage.

Exactly.

I tell taxi drivers and bus drivers to **** off all the time, just this lunch time I shouted at a fat baldy bus driver and advised him that he was a ****ing fat piece of ****, because he nearly run me over.

Taxi drivers are the same, pack of bastards who think they have their own set of rules.

It's a daily thing for me, on the way home I'll probably curse at least 5 taxi drivers.

Maybe just quit jaywalking and they'll leave you alone :emoticon-0148-yes:

Think they were after some easy money.
Likewise, how did this ever get to court, unfuckingbelieveable !!
The CPS came out with their usual line afterwards.........." we thought there was a reasonable chance of conviction"
But why would you want to convict somebody for standing up for themselves in the street when they're getting hassled...............# baffled.

p.s. AJ's asked Keano for the name of his solicitor :emoticon-0100-smile

Typical cabbie, can't keep his hands on the wheel,

" ...... as they both moved off in their cars the cabbie made a "smirking gesture" by pushing the corners of his mouth up with his fingers."

Was a little tongue in cheek terry but it's more the fact that no one knew anything about him appearing in court until it happened! Innocent until proven otherwise in this case. Guilty until proven otherwise in Johnsons!
