What's happened to 'Pool, since Rodgers has been in charge, is that they have traded-down their best players for lesser players, and he is slowly turning 'Pool into Saints and Stoke.

as to Arsenal being a feeder club, that point was maybe true up till 2 seasons ago, we no longer need to sell anyone unless it is for a silly price, and actually Chelsea will be selling us their goalie against their managers wishes so are they now a feeder club to Arsenal ?

You're putting a very brave face on it, G4E, which is nothing less than I would expect from you; but you'll know as well as I do that if any of your players were approached by either £ity or Chavs, they'd be off like a shot. The good thing for you is that there are none of your players who would likely make the first squad of either of those two clubs, so that if your owners get greedy and ask for too much, there won't be a sale. But what it will do is alert those players to the interest in them and encourage them to run their contracts down so that Arsenal have to sell. That's how your best players generally deal with these issues.

The reality is All players are sold before their contracts run down (so that selling club doesnt get nothing) and Arsenal and Spurs are no different in that respect - look what City got for Milner !

I wouldn't be surprised if Lloris went, but Levy would get top dollar for him. I've said before on this board, that I don't have any qualms about us losing Lloris, since we have a very good goalie in Vorm. Plus, we've never had any difficulties in finding top goalies.
Our problem has been with strikers. Now that we have one - and a home-grown one, at that - only a fool would believe that Levy will let him go.
It is well-documented fact that both Berbatov and Modric left because they both, effectively, threatened to go on strike. They forced their ways out of the Lane. I simply cannot see Kane acting in such an unprofessional manner.
Bale's situation was different. Levy was offered a stupid sum of money for him and he would have been a fool if he didn't take it. Even to this day, Bale remains the world's most expensive player.
It really does not take a degree in Rocket Science to work any of this out, you know!

Judas is detested by Spurs fans, and rightly so. It wasn't just that be left to join our biggest rivals, it was the sneaky underhand way he did it. Promising that he was going to sign a new contract, whilst in reality he was negotiating as much money as he could for himself with Whinger.
To be fair, it was the right decision by Sol, as his much decorated trophy haul and winners medals are testament to.

Sol was on Sporting Heroes on Sky the other night saying he had no regrets as to the mice as he won the double after his first season and part of Invincibles - which is a whole lot better than the League Cup he won with Spuds !
