This is a reasonably entertaining hour. Gary Lineker underlines his considered opinions. I love to hear him talk football because he does it with so much knowledge and clarity. Plus, he doesn't lack passion. The others are OK too:

Yes, I've often woke up near a nice bush after a night out. Back in my day, of course. <cool>

To be honest, it's ridiculous in the extreme that a medium sized business like a Premier League football club can't commit to the living wage. They should all be doing it, and probably down to professional level base.

Why does the conversion even cost that much? You could build a brand new stadium with that kind of investment.

A lot of it was a whole new roof, to shelter the poor darlings from the weather.

Disgraceful. Someone should be held to account.

But won't having a roof disrupt West Ham's style of play?

That's just the conversion, the actual build was about 700m. What was St Mary's, maybe 50 million.

St Mary's was £32M. Tbf, a very good value stadium. Lowe drove a hard bargain with Barr Construction, I think.

    http://www.fourfourtwo.com/news/koeman-depay-will-find-premier-league-switch-tough
Ron thinks that Depay will find the move to the EPL difficult and suggests Man U paid a lot for him as he won't be able to play every game. Not that that will be a problem to United. Should have come here then, Ron :) Finishes with suggesting that youngsters lack communication skills because they are always on their smart phones...we all know that. I got so fed up with someone on their phone whilst at a restaurant table with me that I started texting her....she got the point and put it down.

I read a few articles this morning quoting Ron about Depay; I hope that doesn't come back to bite us/him in the bum!
