Can he not still do the Radio work? I believe he was working at the club before and retained his work on the radio too.

I'll add mine to your good wishes, yc. I always love listening to his commentary because he is a fan first and foremost. One of the seasons highlights--and, yes, there have been a million of them this year--was his and Chris Goreham's commentary on Simeon's final goal against Derby.

We are starting to put together a team of all stars from our glory years back behind the scenes... Carl Bradshaw next?

Shame to lose 'Bert' from Radio Norfolk, good luck to him in his full time role.
As a replacement I think Darren Eadie or Paul McVeigh have always been good value when they've been on, or Adrian Forbes has also been a good guest. Problem with Forbes may be that it's a bit hard to comment on players doing things you weren't able to do yourself! (and I think he's still playing around here somewhere, so match days could clash)

Think I've just talked myself out of Forbes, so Eadie, McVeigh or Hucks.

Not sure about Hucks, one hell of a player, but I don't always agree with his comment. Can talk out of turn sometimes.

  12. Good, that should liven things up a bit. He's passionate about Norwich and has been there and done it with us. He's a top bloke.

  13. When was the last time he went to a Leeds game? He's always at Carrow Road, don't think you can doubt Norwich is where his heart is.
