I'm sure Jenkins would be the first to admit that he is accepting the OBE on behalf of all the staff and board who saved our great club 12 years ago and who have worked so hard to make us the globally recognised and respected brand we are today.

Swansea is a club that just keeps on giving and with this OBE the feel good story rolls on and on for us Jacks to enjoy.

No fixation,just exercising my right to post,unless that is now being outlawed.
Many threads are derailed on this forum,but I guess I have to be singled out, not being one of the sheep who graze at The Liberty. <peacedove>

Your right to freedom of speech (FOS) has never, ever been questioned libertarian <ok>.

What has been questioned is your abuse of this right on this 'free' space which exists to nurture and develop debates and arguments, serious or tongue in cheek, on given topics.

You purposely do not join in any debate, you purposely offer no views on anything other than your one liner, you purposely choose to block debate and you purposely abuse individuals simply because you walk on grudges you picked up years ago because someone offended you. That is not freedom of speech libertarian that's just childish ignorance.

FOS we enjoy today is quite an important thing libertarian and should not be used as a cheap sofa to hide behind. The tenets of FOS were blood-won over decades of haggling, debate, begging of Amnesty International on behalf of the silent voices, the political prisoners imprisoned world wide. It is all about their rights, the rights of the oppressed, those in pain, to be allowed to have a voice and be defended in a court of law.

So now you know that FOS is a very important thing libertarian and has nothing to do with defending tantrums I ask you in common decency to stop using it to hide behind and to justify your innate anger, doing so belittles your views even more <ok>

In the interests of good faith I ask you to put down your poison pen and join us in debate
