I like the idea of the design......have many other teams wearing green lifted the Europa league trophy or would we be the first.
It's not as bad as I first thought actually. It's original at least (as far as our old shirts go).

At least it is different from the usual yellow, which half the teams in existence seem to have. Most shades are sickly, Chelsea's for example, the exception being the yellow on Barca's red and yellow shirts. Now there's a thought, red and yellow stripes!! And many years ago I loved West Brom's green and yellow striped shirts.
It's gonna look strange when our fans are chanting, "YEEELLLOOOOOW!!!", and the boys are in fact wearing green. We need a new song!
