Just as much chance of hi being mafia in this game as anyone else...

The past has no baring on the present in this case because different people, different number and it's randomly assigned.

100% of statistics would say that.

If I throw a head... I still have a 50/50 chance of throwing a head next, it's no less chance

But he was only on 1. He didn't need to throw Billy out.

I saved the vote and this is how I'm repaid? FFS. But fair enough, I can see why it looks suspicious. Though I'm just a townie so I'm not going to bother changing my vote to make me safe.
