Too bloody right. I have a degree, a masters and chartered status and the y get called engineers. In Germany only an engineer is called an engineer!!!!!!&@@&£&&&££ It's used as a title and replaces Mr,Mrs, Miss in professional environments
Re discussion 1. Maths is fun 2. Engineers are well paid... you must learn... managers are paid better. Pj I think you know this. 3. It depends on type of engineering. Imo chemistry equals higher pay but physics and maths is the best base to build on in engineering.. generally speaking... electronics needs maths chemical engineering needs maths mechanical engineering needs maths... not many engineering roles need biology par se. 4. I found engineering is most hours of most courses so if you want to party at uni business degrees are the way to go. The thought or the law of tort will drive anyone to drink
Yes but real companies know that an engineer is not a sparks up a telephone pole or a guy fixing washing machines so....... it's basically like this where there's a demand d there is wages where there's not like civil engineering right now there's not
No..... I do like the fact that the everton lads are highly educated too and we all act like 8 year olds all the time. It is rather fun.
Noticed. Only read the first page. I simply couldn't have expected such a discussion to go so off topic on not606. Its unheard of.
I think you will find that the average UK salary for an Engineer is not that high. Now for a Chartered Engineer like myself, it's higher but this is due to me being awesome.
