You'd be surprised, asides from M3 and FP3 it's not that much harder than regular Maths (Did you do that?).
Oh wait, it's just occurred to me you probably don't know what M3 and FP3 are . They're two of the SIX exams I have to do for Further Maths
I have a MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield. But I have n idea about your exam setup! I just struggled with imaginary numbers
I've applied to study Maths and my first choice is Warwick, so I'm pretty happy . Where did your son go?
Physics, Maths and Chemestry seem an odd choice for medical scool? Avoid engineering, the pay is terrible and I don't think you could manage the drinking it requires through uni
Honestly, I've got no idea. It'll sound stupid, but I just want something that will make me a decent amount of money
A guy I work with has a daughter going through Newcastle at the moment, just finished 2nd year medical. Now that's the only course with more study than engineering I have seen
Is Engineering really difficult? I have a friend who's doing it in Oxford next year. He's the most hardworking guy I know though, so he'll be fine.
I have to say you are right in that regard, a maths degree will open up more doors than you can imagine. The lack of real math skills is shocking
