He posts such cack that I couldn't help myself but reply, which is why I have him on ignore, because I have no will power to do it otherwiseI did take him off ignore for one post yesterday, as he was talking his usual cack in a vein attempt to understand how civilisation evolves and god bless him he thinks it's because of opposable thumbs, that's how ****ing stupid that **** is. Of course philosophy is beyond his cognitive abilities so he had to make up a false evolution argument just to get involved
It's funny tho, people that think you "pretend" to ignore them, and even sadder that they think it's because they are winners, it's a kind of sad psychosis where what they believe is fact regardless of reality. The same psychosis that makes them think they are experts on any subject ever broached because they think their "intelligence" can allow them to muddle through any subject without the required research and study.

To put it simply, to explain Tobes, if you have a load of preconceived notions, unsupported ones and you will never accept you are wrong, then you will never learn anything. This is why he is an "expert" on everything from Economics to Biology Politics Military history and Evolution yet he has studied none of those.
This is why when someone quotes or paraphrases experts in their fields, he replies with "bollocks" or similar and then gives his uneducated opinions. he will never accept he is wrong, and obviously, imagine scientists never accepted they were wrong, we'd still think the earth was flat

I stopped reading his bitter drivel a long time ago for the same reasons as you probably If the supermods could check and confirm that I've never taken the ignore off and also how often I've logged out - that would sort it from my perspective, can't speak for you though

There is something to be said of the narcissism of people who think you don't really ignore them when you say you are. It's all in their head, an interesting condition narcissism, it's pretty sad when people care so much about what others think. Those with this psychosis are convinced we are all the same as them. It's kinda like liars, a liar will always be certain you are lying too

All I know is the overall experience on here has improved greatly especially since this new format doesn't let quotes from your ignored person appear within other posts like it used to in the old format, so I never have to read the garbage second hand either
